Session Days/Times:
Reform (Level 1) in Odenton: Tu/Th at 6:30p and Sat at 8:30am
Reform (Level 1) in Pasadena: Tu/Th at 5:30pm and Sat at 8:15am
Refine (Level 2)* in Odenton: M/W at 6:30p
Refine (Level 2)* in Pasadena: Tu/Th at 6:30pm
Relentless (Level 3)** in Odenton: M/W at 5:30p

Weekly fees for the Breakthrough Boot Camp Series include:

  • 2-3 sessions per week with your trainer and group
  • Full access to both Transformations locations and class schedules
  • Online support and nutrition coaching

Current members who choose to participate will suspend their monthly dues for the duration of the program.

*To qualify for the REFINE Sessions, participants must be able to complete:

  • 10 full-body push-ups,
  • 20 Pilates roll-ups,
  • run an 11 minute mile on the treadmill

**To qualify for the RELENTLESS Sessions, participants must graduate from the REFINE series.
