Refine (Level 2)* in Odenton: M/W at 6:30p
Refine (Level 2)* in Pasadena: Tu/Th at 6:30pm
Relentless (Level 3)** in Odenton: M/W at 5:30p
Weekly fees for the Breakthrough Boot Camp Series include:
- 2-3 sessions per week with your trainer and group
- Full access to both Transformations locations and class schedules
- Online support and nutrition coaching
Current members who choose to participate will suspend their monthly dues for the duration of the program.
*To qualify for the REFINE Sessions, participants must be able to complete:
- 10 full-body push-ups,
- 20 Pilates roll-ups,
- run an 11 minute mile on the treadmill
**To qualify for the RELENTLESS Sessions, participants must graduate from the REFINE series.
