Challenge Details

What: A Nutrition Challenge designed to help you incorporate healthy eating habits into your daily life.  You’ll receive weekly meal plans, grocery lists and daily online support!  You can choose to attend the Meal Prep Tutorials and include optional Mission Team Workouts to further your success!

When: 21 Days running from March 11 through March 31.

Two OPTIONAL Meal Prep Tutorials:
Saturday, March 9 at 2pm in Odenton – KICKOFF this challenge with a lesson on meal prep basics.  We will cook a few recipes from the coming week and you’ll go home with at least 3 MEALS! (Cost is $10 to cover food expenses)

Sunday March 17 at 1pm in Pasadena – Using Week 2 menus, we will provide a lesson on meal prep basics.  We will cook a few recipes from the coming week and you’ll go home with at least 3 MEALS! (Cost is $10 to cover food expenses)

Mission Teams - Optimize your weight loss efforts

Add Small Group Personal Training for the month of March and watch the pounds MELT away.  When you couple healthy eating with challenging workouts, you see real results.

IF weight loss is is your goal, try adding small group training to your routine.  These workouts are challenging, yet personalized to your abilities.  Working in a small group, you’ll keep each other on target both in the gym and in the kitchen!
